Marc Shapori is the Founder and Principal Broker of Shaptown, a Florida-based real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate. He holds an active Real Estate Broker license in the state of Florida. Marc's real estate career includes positions at NAI San Diego and Century 21 Beutler & Associates in Spokane, Washington. His background spans diverse business activities, and his experience across multiple markets provides a broad foundation for his brokerage practice. This multi-market perspective helps in identifying trends and opportunities for Shaptown clients.  Leveraging his market knowledge and hands-on approach, Marc founded Shaptown with a focus on addressing client challenges in commercial real estate. He provides guidance through phases of commercial acquisition, disposition, or leasing.  

Joel Shapori is a licensed Real Estate Associate with SHAPTOWN in the State of Florida. He brings six years of dedicated property management experience from Spokane, Washington, where he served as a Property Management Assistant.

Joel is ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) and holds a certificate in Luxury Marketing & Experiences, enabling him to provide high-level financial modeling and sophisticated marketing strategies for premium assets.

He holds a Master of International Real Estate and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. Leveraging his hands-on experience in optimizing building operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight, Joel is committed to helping owners and operators navigate the unknown with data-driven insight and a luxury-tier service standard.

 Rialee Schinella is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson for two years and a passion for helping clients find the perfect property, whether residential or commercial. Originally from New York, she graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree and began her career in project management and personal training. With a natural problem-solving mindset, Rialee approaches real estate like a puzzle, always looking for the most efficient and effective way to achieve the best results for her clients. Outside of work, she can often be found at the gym, playing volleyball, or enjoying anything active. 

Barbara Diana Cioch is a Florida-based real estate professional licensed in both Florida and New York, bringing experience from New York City markets into her Florida-based practice. She specializes in commercial real estate investment sales, representing owners and investors through valuation, market positioning, negotiation, and closing across a range of asset types. With formal education and professional experience in accounting, Barbara applies a financially disciplined, detail-driven approach to real estate transactions, allowing her to assess risk, structure deals thoughtfully, and support informed decision-making. Her multi-market perspective, combined with strong attention to detail and client-focused execution, enables her to deliver strategic guidance and results-oriented advisory services.
